2. Have you ever owned a dog that required regular grooming?
3. Do you currently own any other pets? If so, what kind?
4. Do you prefer a male or female puppy?
5. Do you have a color preference for your new puppy? What about Blue eyes?
6. When are you hoping to bring home your new puppy?
7. Do you plan on breeding your pup in the future?
8. Are there children in your household? If yes, what are their ages?
9. Do you live in a house or an apartment?
10. If you live in a house, is your yard fenced?
11. Do you plan to kennel train your puppy? How will you approach potty training?
12. Do you have a veterinarian selected for regular care of your new puppy?
13. If you go on vacation or have an emergency, do you have someone who can care for your dog?
14. Do you rent your home? If yes, does your rental agreement allow dogs?
15. Do you understand the importance of keeping your puppy away from public areas until they are fully vaccinated at 16 weeks old? This includes using your own yard for potty training.
